Form to fill out?
Hi there i can't remember exactly but at one of the meetings they said something about filling out a form if you go to one of the claims? Can someone help?

Yes, when visiting one of our claims we ask that you fill out a work completed form. It's required by the government to show we are actively working our claims. It's at the bottom of the page on our claims section of the website. Link is below. Thank you
