Claim 7 history?
Trying to find good spots to work on claim 7 on mill creek. I found a highly mineralized layer but all I'm getting from it are tons of black sands. Are there old tailings on the claim?

is this on the opposite side of the river / road kinda back behind a small campground ? be on the right side as your driving in? I have thought about digging down to bedrock back there it had to have water once upon a time running to the river. I did take a sample / 3 buckets home out of the bench area and nada.
